About
Hustle & Heart Real Estate Investing Inc. is a Canadian company founded in 2020 that is based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) of Ontario. We invest in residential real estate across multiple provinces in Canada while providing opportunities for investors to partner with us and passively build their wealth.
The Hustle & Heart team includes a variety of real estate professionals such as Investors, Mortgage Agents, Realtors, Lawyers, Financial Advisors, Credit Specialists, and Property Managers.

We work hard to create a win-win-win for everyone involved in our property investments. Our mission and heart's desire is to see everyone succeed in building their real estate portfolio and growing their wealth.
MELISSA
Melissa was born and raised in downtown Toronto. She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, majoring in human biology and biology. Melissa took pride in not only being one of the few women in her program but also being among the top of her graduating class. She then pursued her Bachelor of Education and has been an elementary school teacher for over 11 years.

Although Melissa comes from a life sciences and education background, she knows her way around the real estate investing world quite well as she comes from a family of real estate investors. Some of her earliest childhood memories as a little 'Landlord in Training' include helping clean & show the rental properties in between tenants.
As an adult, she took a variety of courses through Trust Your Talent Academy (TYT), including Business Fundamentals, Creative Financing, Raising Funds, Lease Options, Serviced Accommodations, Multi-Unit Residentials, and Infill & Project Management. During her time with TYT, she gained the education and confidence needed to be successful. The the rest is history.

We have hand-picked the network of Mortgage Agents we work with and ensure they are well experienced in working with Real Estate Investors and Tenant Buyers.
Realtors
We qualify our realtors with specific criteria to ensure they are the best fit with core values that align with ours. At the top of the list of criteria, our realtors must be real estate investors themselves.
